Our DJ surprised us with it and at first I was a little wary of doing it but in the end we had fun and our guests wouldn’t stop laughing. We did it as they were finishing up dinner (we were able to eat with them and finished first).

I think its pretty cute! I’ve never seen that before! As the pp stated, I think it would be nice entertainment while dinner is finishing. I wouldn’t be able to do it with a small wedding since goes by pretty quickly (at least mine did).

We did it but with Barbie and G.I. Joe dolls. It was fun!

Tacky. Let the guests dance!

I think it’s cheesy and too “look at me look at me!” for my taste.

Tacky. I don’t care for games at weddings.

We didn’t do it and it’s not something that I would have done at our wedding but I don’t mind it if others do. There are far worse reception activities out there so spending a few minutes playing the shoe game hardly seems like that big of a deal.

I never heard of that game until now, and I like it. I don’t think is tacky neither classic, if you have a tradicional wedding not so much original, I don’t think it would go with the theme. But if your wedding if quite original it would be perfect. Also I think this game its perfect if one of the families is shy, because it break the ice and everyone will loose up a little bit, and laugh it seems fun.

I don’t mind it. But it has to be kept short. More than about 5 questions and it gets a bit like the couple is being a little too self-centered.

Cute! I like how it adds to the entertainment after dinner but before the dancing But I agree that too many questions (or too raunchy) makes it awkward.

Games at weddings aren’t for me personally.
