Long story short I bought my wedding shoes last year. I lost 30 pounds and had no clue that your feet can shrink when you lose weight! So needless to say i need to figure out a way to fit my shoes they are 1/2 a size too big my feet flip out of the back like flip flops. Do any of you ladies know if there are any inserts or anything i can put in my shoe to make them fit?
Thanks in advance!

@FutureMrsChaney: Are they open toe or backs? If not I would wear those little baby socks that you wear with ballet flats. I wear them with my heels to have a more comfortable fit and no sliding on the back of my heel.

Get some foot petals. They will help “tighten up” your shoes if you run them up the back of the heel, plus they are super comfy!

Those are awesome! No wonder you’re dedicated to keeping those babies.

THey sell these gel things at DSW that go in the back of your shoe which I use all of the time. I’m not sure if they make a 1/2 difference (I am in between sizes, so I use them to make up the 1/4 size difference I need). Dr. Scholls also sells them in drugstores and Target, but I find the DSW ones are nicer and about half the price.

I love my shoes!! They are so comfortable and match the details on my dress perfectly! I love nine west!!
I will for sure be looking around and trying different inserts from DSW and the foot petals.

Foot petals, like PP suggested or Dr Scholls Gel inserts. I have a pair of pumps that are a half size too big and I layer the full shoe gel with the ball of foot gel. I also use heel grippers in all of my pumps. They’re rubbery so your foot doesn’t slip out. Don’t confuse them with the heel pads, though, the pads do nothing to help keep your foot in the shoe.
