I got block heels from shoes of prey. It took about 3 weeks between ordering and arrival. I haven’t worn them, but they feel really sturdy and still look delicate enough that I’d be comfortable wearing them on grass.

I’d say narrow wedges might be ok if you’ve got strong ankles. They’d definitely be fine on grass (I’ve worn stilettos on grass by carefully putting my weight on my toes), but the gravel might be difficult if the area your shoe is in contact with the ground is too narrow and your ankles tend to roll.
