I have to use inserts due to how my feet are made, and even then it depends on the shoe as to whether they work or not. But they don’t fix a half size difference.

I went to write a post on shoe insert suggestions and saw this on the way!  Perfect!  Any bees out there have recommendations for comfy and supportive shoe inserts (for wedding heels)?

Bumping this thread in the hopes that someone will notice it and give some recommendations.  on a side note, has anyone seen those recent dr scholls commercils where they have this thing that looks like a scale measure the distribution of your weight and suggests insoles based on how you stand?

It’s a bit hard to say unless you try on the shoes. Keep in mind that some shoe companies size slightly differently from the norm so something that is half a size too big from one designer could actually be the perfect fit!
