Hi all.. I’ve ordered my dress (Casablanca 2004) and I’m now looking for shoes to match. I’m getting married late October so that’s also a consideration. What would look best with this full lace, high neck dress? Any suggestions are welcome!

@murphy2207: For October, I’d go with the peep toe show. I like silver as well. I got the 1995 dress and haven’t found shoes yet either.

Yay I was also a Casablanca 2004 bride! Feels good to find a dress twin. Well, sort of, because I custom ordered it with a ballgown bottom and attached sleeves and fabric under the sheer parts. Obviously, I had to do those things for religious purposes, but it still feels good to have a dress twin! Originally, I was going to go with a peep-toe style. I feel like the dress can do a dressed down shoe or a formal shoe. I ended up with a pointy toed type stiletto with a gem on the top because I didn’t want a peep toe in the end.

I would wear a peep toe. Its a classic dress,so I would stick with a classic shoe.

@Ms. Blue: Mine looked almost identical to those, except they weren’t peep toe

All good suggestions.. Yes peep toe would work. I love heels so I think I’ll go with something other than flats! Part of that stinks cause my fiance is about the same height… oh well!
@Ms. Blue so funny you posted those. I have the exact pair on my pinterest board! Great minds…
I’d really love something that was versatile so I can wear them multiple times. I saw a shoe with ruffles that was to die for. Part of me wonders who will really be seeing the shoes anyway?!?
@AlizaFal yay! Hope it went perfect 🙂

Erm, I have the same dress and ordered Badgley Mischkas Lacie in hot pink. Which they don’t seem to have any more at zappos (where I got them from) http://www.zappos.com/badgley-mischka-lacie-white-satin?zfcTest=fw:1
