(Closed) Shoes for groom and groomsmen

Welcome to the Hive!  I think for the guys shoes that you could just go with any black loafer that they can find inexpensively or alot of guys already have black loafers and you could just let them wear their own (as long as they are in decent shape – you know how some guys are).  If you let them wear their own, you might ask to check them.  I found out after shopping with our guys, that alot of them cannot tell the difference between dark blue, dark brown and black.

@millielue:  That is exactly why I took them all shopping myself, LOL, right after Darling Husband told me he had a black suit.  It was actually dark blue and ugly as sin, seriously I think he bought it in the 80’s it had such big shoulder pads.  We ended up finding everything at Burrlington Coat Factory and they had everything we needed, suits, shirts, ties, shoes, socks, the works for less than $130 per guy.

If they don’t, see if you can locate a Timberland outlet close to you. They usually have really good sales on the loafers. Or a Nordstrom Rack, you can usually find a nice shoe there for about $45
