That’s wicked funny.  I used to try to be sneaky as well.  Hell, we’re engaged and I still try being coy

When I know he is deeply engrossed in something “Honey, let’s just elope”

HIM:  “K”

Me: “So we’ll take off this weekend?  I’m gonna write it on the calendar”

HIM: “What, no, what are you doing?”

I legitimated proposed to my SO on the couch this weekend. he said yes!! but we laughed it off because he knows I’m waiting for him to do it. argh. if he wants I’ll do it for real just so we can get this show on the road lol!

Haha sounds like something I’d say my SO…..I asked if we could elope when we go to Hawaii this summer….LOL denied! I guess they still want to have that perfect proposal moment!

@rubybride718:  Love it. I booked everything way in advance so I wouldn’t be tempted to elope. I don’t like planning so I got it out of the way, but I still sometimes tease him and ask if he wants to elope.
