So I am going to Shop for wedding dresses again. I started my search this past summer when I visited my family back in CA. Now I am going to start shopping in the state that I live in now.
My question is do I bring my future mother in law and sister in law with me to go dress shopping? I do not have anyone elses out here besides his family unless I go alone.
Do I bring his mother and both his sisters and his aunt? or just the sisters? or just the mother? All 4 of these ladies play a huge roll in my finaces life and they are at all family functions and are part of all major events. I feel like if I invite one I have to invite them all. Is this to many to shop wiht? Also if I want to go to multiple stores do I take all of them with me??
I am so confused…….When I was in CA I only went with my mom and sisters and it was much easier.

@simone_s: Would it be possible to go to a few shops on your own, first, to narrow down the field, and then go with your entourage? Too many voices can get in the way of your own feelings and vision. Will you be seeing your mom and sisters before you need to make a dress decision? Everyone is different, but for me, choosing the dress with my mom was wonderful and gave me confidence that I was making the right choice.

I went dress shopping with my mom and sister in CA to have that experience but did not purchase the dress. They will not be flying out to go dress shopping with me since we already did it in July. I probobaly wont see them untill the wedding so I have only his family to share the experience with this time. I just do not know what the proper way of doing it. I do not want to offend anyone.

That is very sweet of you! If you want to include his family, then go ahead – do you have an idea of the sort of dress you would like or what looks good on you? Did you find a dress that your mom and sister liked?
