@lawbride88:  my typos have no excuses 🙂

Will get one once I start going to the gym again.  I can’t remember (and the tracking site I used no longer offers the tracking fetaure to check) but I think I was net 1200-1300 since my Dr told me that to be at 125lbs I should net at 1250 calories.  I worked out more than I ate well overall- I think.

@Whitwhit1689:  my Fiance and I are starting Insanity on Feb 18th! We picked a random day to give myself time to try and build up to it, since I know it’s going to kick my butt. I thought I should at least try and work up to being able to DO 100 jumping jacks without falling over haha.

I am trying all this right there along with you ladies! I’m almost 5’3 and I was at 139. I’ve been doing myfitnesspal for a little over a month now and I’m at 134.5! I am mostly just counting calories (1500 a day) and a little bit of light exercising. I have always weighed a little more than I might look… in high school/early college years it was all muscle from track and horseback riding (want a great total body workout? start riding horses!!!!) I was very very fit and had abs, etc. Well, in college I stopped riding horses (too expensive at the time) and my metabolism also finally started turning against me.

I THINK a healthy weight for me would be somewhere between 125-130. I say I think because weight is so subjective! I’m not sure I’ll get down to 125 (I have curves, they aren’t going to totally go away) and my thighs will always be a little bit bigger from my past, but I don’t care if they are, as long as I get rid of the cellulite! I love my curves, I just want them not to be so “padded” if you will ;P

Sounds like you ladies are all working so hard, keep up the good work!

@Sunnyday278:  Awesome!! It will kick your butt but you’ll love the results!! And your weight path sounds exactly like mine! I think my heathly goal weight is 125-130. I’m at 132 right now. With insanity, you’ll most likely hit your goal weight range and plateau, but you’ll continue to lose inches. Just stay hard at it!! Good luck!

@lawbride88:  Yeah the doc might be wrong, but was told to maintain to eat your goal weight x10 so was about 1200-1300.  I am eating at 1200-1400 now to be 125.  I don’t think I could survive on anything under 1200, esp. since I am hypogylemic and eat every 2-3hrs.

@lawbride88:  It has been over a month closer to between 5 and 6 weeks I am aiming to lose about 2 pounds a week I lost the first 5 pounds very quickly(mostly water weight) and now I am pretty steady at about 1.5lbs a week. I eat back my calories just not all of them depending on the day. Like today I burned 1300 at the gym but I am also off work today and I work a very physical job that would normally burn a lot of calories. Since I won’t have that “workout” today I will probably only eat back 800-1000 of my calories since I burn much less with my daily activities on my days off. But say I were to go to the gym on a day I also work I would eat back all of my calories. If that makes any sense

Hi Ladies – I am joining in! I have gained about 5 lbs due to some stress (and too many social activities) and would like to lose about 10 before the wedding. I am 5’1″ and at 122 right now. I would love to get to 110-112, which is my “happy weight”.

I am looking forward to having some encouragement and support – and hopefully offering that to you all as well. Smile

@lawbride88:  Total on a day I workout generally 1900-2000. I net about 1200 calories a day which is what I am supposed to be eating according to my plan with MFP
