We were engaged in January (though my parents think April) and married in July. So, 6 months, though 3 technically because we didn’t get much into planning until it was officially announced.

Our was short by some standards – Engaged in late Feb (2/26) and married 11/21. =)

I think it was the PERFECT amount of time once we got the ball rolling on booking important stuff like the venue, and gave me enough time to do a lot of DIY without stressing myself or going overboard =)

We were engaged on Aug 1 09 and we are getting married December 19 09. Only 4 1/2 months, which has been plenty of time for us.

Our was exactly a year, and honestly, it felt too short to me. Too much stuff to do! So little time!
