    1. How tall are you? (5’2)
    2. What’s your goal weight? 110-115lbs
    3. What is your current weight? 125lbs
    4. How long do you have to reach your goal? I’d like to tone up by May (engagement pix) then I have until May 2014 to tone up and lose weight, so I have a while!!
    5. What is your plan for losing it? Started Jillian Michaels ripped in 30. I’m usually ok at eating. Every other weekend is what kills me, kuz Fiance and I usually go out to eat.  I’m doing lots of salads, cottage cheese, and chicken.

    1. How tall are you? (5’3)
    2. What’s your goal weight? 120-125lbs
    3. What is your current weight? 130lbs
    4. How long do you have to reach your goal? We leave on vacation December 15th so I’d like to make some progress by then.  My wedding is January 19th so that’s when I’d like to be at my ideal weight.
    5. What is your plan for losing it? I’m doing well on the fitness side because I’ve joined a running group which trains 3x per week.  In addition to the group runs, I’m hoping to do at least 1 of Jillian Michaels’ 30 day shred videos and yoga for cross training.  My biggest area for improvement will be in the kitchen.  I really need to scale back on alcohol, which I find really challenging this time of year with all the socials and try to limit appetizers/desserts at social functions.

What’s your goal weight? (same as current, don’t need to lose)
What is your current weight? (112 pounds)
How long do you have to reach your goal? (July)
What is your plan for losing it? (I’m good about what I eat since I am a dietitian and believe in practicing what you preach. However I have a hard time sticking to an exercise regimen. My plan is to do 2-3 weight training sessions a week and 2-3 cardio sessions a week.)

    1. How tall are you? 5’2
    2. What’s your goal weight? 135lbs
    3. What is your current weight? 150lbs
    4. How long do you have to reach your goal? I reached my first goal, get down to a size 6 by my wedding 12/17/12, it took about a 20lbs weight loss to get there.  I’d like to reach my next goal by my tough mudder in May 2013.
    5. What is your plan for losing it? Lifting weights, running and eating right help me get to my current fitness level.
    6. What part/s of your body do you want to target? I’m pretty happy with where I am.  Its amazing that losing 20lbs has gotten me down to a 6 size pants even though I still weight 150lbs.  Fat takes up so much more space in the body so building my muscles has really gotten me a tighter bod and I love it! I’d really like to lose another 15lbs so I can be a better, faster runner.

    1. How tall are you? 5’3″
    2. What’s your goal weight? Probably about 125-130. My goal isn’t really to lose weight, it’s to reduce my body fat percentage. My current body fat percentage is around 29%, and I’m trying to bring it down to 25-26%.
    3. What is your current weight? 140.2
    4. How long do you have to reach your goal? Til the rest of my life, lol. Although I’d like to lose some fat percentage by the end of April 2013 in time for the wedding.
    5. What is your plan for losing it? On days that I’m not working out, I eat about 1400 calories with whole grains, lean proteins and loads of fruit and veggies, and on days that I do workout (4-5x a week, with a mix of heavy lifting and kickboxing), I eat about 1800-1900 calories. I track my eating on MyFitnessPal and it’s helped a lot – so far I’ve lost 5lbs after 3 weeks of tracking.

I have a lot of weight to lose and I’m so far from goal it’s pretty arbitrary at this point. I’d be happy to weigh under 150 for the wedding but 120 is my “ideal.”

      1. How tall are you? 5’3″

        1. What’s your goal weight? 115lbs

          1. What is your current weight? 137lbs 🙁  I gained 5lbs in a week while on a trip to NYC – damn you cheesecake!!

            1. How long do you have to reach your goal? August because that’s when I plan on getting my dress fitted

              1. What is your plan for losing it? Ideally go to the gym 5x a week (lift weights 3x, cardio 4x), stick to water, eat out less, prepare healthy meals, cut out carbs at dinner, snack regularly (healthy snacks of course!). I downloaded the Couch 2 5k app on my phone and I’ve been doing that during my cardio sessions so maybe I’ll sign up for some sort of run come spring.

I’ve been doing this for 3/4 weeks now and I haven’t seen much difference but I hope my body adjusts and starts burning within the next few weeks. I’ve done this before and started to see my body constantly losing weight after I’ve done a month consistently so if I can stick to it, and say lose a pound a week as of January, I realistically should be good by May/June.

              1. How tall are you? 5’3″

              2. What’s your goal weight? 110-115 (I was this weight for a very long time so I know it’s healthy and do-able for me)

              3. What is your current weight? 145-150 (I fluctuate a lot for some reason and my “fat” is pretty well spread out over my body so I don’t look as bad as that sounds.)

              4. How long do you have to reach your goal? Obviously I would like to be my goal weight by the wedding. However, I would like to loose weight throughout the year so I look better for NYE, my birthday, summer, bachelorette party, etc.

What is your plan for losing it? This is the hard part. I’m pretty good with eating good. The weekends are hardest for me though and my Fiance can eat whatever he wants, how ever much he wants and not gain a single pound, which makes it harder. I really don’t like exercise, especially in cold weather. I just need to find something that isn’t “traditional” exercise. I thought about joining a gym for the classes they offer but my Fiance said it’s a waste of money because I can just go running or something for free.

Any bee’s have any suggestions? Should I just join a gym and hope that he understands once I start losing weight?
