Your dress looks nice because it is so simple but some bling will really make it stand out.

eroxibride1024:  No belt! It’d ruin the beautiful stream of buttons going down the back! The bust area into the skirt part is already interesting enough. It’s a beautiful dress!!

If you do a belt, you can see if they can sew it in so it wouldn’t ruin the buttons down the back. Or, don’t add a belt, and have a veil with beads or crystals to add a little bling.

eroxibride1024:  My vote is for no belt. I love the classic simplicity of the dress and a belt may take away from that.

I, personally, think that your dress is beautiful as is. I think this is one of those instances where adding a sash/belt would be unnecessary. That being said though, it’s your dress and you could always try it on with a belt to see if you like it and if you do then buy it!
