Personally I’m not a huge fan of belts/sashes, especially with this type of dress since I think it might cut it up a bit too much. But I imagine with a thinner belt it might look prettier and give it a touch of sparkle, but I agree that with the large flower accent, I think a thick belt might throw the balance off.

OOOH, pretty! I agree with PP, a big thick belt might be too much, but a skinny bling belt might be perfect! maybe just a plain 5-strand rhineshone sewed to a length of ribbon to tie in the back would be the ticket!

Considering the skirt of your dress and the floral accent I think a belt would be way too much. But i’m just going by your picture and my imagination, I think you dress looks good enough on it’s own.

That dress is definitely not made to be worn with a belt.

I had a Maggie Sotero dress (Antonia) and it was very similar with a flower and ruffly layers and it came with a sparkly sash sewn into the dress. I kept it and loved it! I think it could work with this dress too, but I agree with a PP who said a very thin sash.
