I was a two bride veil myself – so I wholeheartedly support the idea!  I had a longer veil for my ceremony, then switched into my grandmother’s shorter, elbow length veil for the reception.  It was much more comfortable.

Regarding your flower/birdcage dilemma, I’m not sure I would wear either with your dress.   I feel that your dress, while gorgeous, is a bit more traditional in its styling (the classic a-line with beading and embroidery) and the flowers and birdcage veils are more contemporary/trendy.  Just my thought.  And of you do choose a flower or birdcage,I would go with one or the other – both might be too much…

Gorgeous dress!  Personally, I would skip the birdcage and go with a beautiful red flower in your hair for the reception.

I agree, I think a birdcage would be to contemporay/modern for your style of dress. I like tilleyjewles idea of wearing a red flower in your hair! I think thats a wonderful, neat and sexy idea!

I’m with these ladies…I’m not sure a birdcage would quite go with this style. A red flower sounds awesome and dramatic! 🙂
