Just need advice from anyone who knows anything about this sort of thing (I don’t!)
A friend of mine is making cupcakes for my wedding (instead of us having a regular cake). We’re considering having black forest ones, but I am concerned about the icing. It is a light whipped cream type frosting, but it has things added to it that stabilize it so it doesn’t melt everywhere like real whipped cream. My concern is that these cupcakes will be sitting on the cake table for probably 3-4 hours. Is this a food poisoning risk?
