I actually really like the way the darker hair looks with your skin tone and eye color. Would you consider going darker and adding the color?

No! I like your hair a lot in the second pic! So pretty!

Your skin has red undertones… I would stay far away from red hair… The cut is super cute though! You could maybe replicate it with browns and blacks instead? It would be much much more flattering to your skin tone! If you go red I am worried it will make your skin look blotchy and maybe almost ill looking

I really love the dark long hair on you the best. Beautiful!

kittywolf13:  Love the funky, short haircut, but the dark hair looks better on you than the lighter colour (which is still pretty) based on the above two pics.

I am not an appearance-focused person, so my response to these kinds of threads is usually “do whatever makes you happy.” But in this case I agree with previous posters who suggested that you look truly striking with your natural dark hair, and maybe you could consider some gorgeous color added to it? I’m thinking something like this (but not necessarily with blue)

I’d totally chop it off.  I go through stages where my hair is long (like down to my mid back) and then I chop the whole thing off and change the color.  I always get sooo many compliments and people tell me I look younger with a funky new do.  Then of course I get tired of paying for a hairdresser or having limited styling options, and grow the whole thing out.

I love that pintrest hairstyle.  If you end up not liking it, you can always grow it out again and change the color back.

I agree with pp and don’t think the red is flattering with your skin tone.  A shorter cut could be nice, but with your face shape, I would not go quite that short and would  avoid a longer in front shorter in back style.

The dark hair definitely looks best on you out of the 3 you posted! If you want something more fun, dye it dark then add red/pink/purple/whatever highlights.

kittywolf13:  Contrary to what you’re saying, I actually think you look youngest in the photo with your naturally dark hair. I’d definitely go dark & add blue or purple highlights. If that’s not enough of a change for you, maybe get a funky haircut instead of changing the color? Then again, it’s just hair and you can always change it if you’re not thrilled with the results. 🙂
