    Have you done an enclosure card or reception card already? If not, can you just add one line at the bottom of that card indicating that additional information can be found at {addweddingwebsitehere}? That’s what I did. It saved me a bundle!

    I was going to suggest just printing it out and hand-cutting them & putting a little slip in the envelope. I think if you created the website, you should share it! Especially if it has important info on it! What if you went to the library, printed out a page with it printed multiple times & then made copies.. that would solve the no-printer problem.

    I think sending the link in an email or message would be fine, as long as you have everyone’s contact info. It’s much easier to click a link most of the time anyway. I’m planning on adding it as a line to the invitations, as MsMindle said above. If you don’t have everything printed yet, that’s a good option.

    @Woodstock:  I wouldn’t ruin the overall look of lovely printed up enclosure cards by hand-writing it in. I would go with what @X0JLYNN03 suggested and perhaps go to the library or email what you want printed to Staples! It’s super easy and very cheap to just send a file to Staples and they will print it on the card stock of your choice. 🙂

    @MsMindle:  I didn’t know Staples offered that, good to know! And a good idea for her problem!

    @X0JLYNN03:  They do indeed! It saved me many a time in college when the printer was on the fritz! 🙂

    @MsMindle:  +1

    That’s what we did, too.  We phrased it as:

    “Please visit

    [website address]

    for information regarding directions, parking, and accomodations.”

    We used the same font as our invitation, and a little gold twirly design that was also on the invite itself.  I don’t think that’s necessary, though.

    we didn’t include directions or accomodation info in our invitation suite, so i squeezed our website info on the bottom of our reception card.

    I included ours on the bottom of our reception card. Right after our invites went out, our website started getting lots of hits, so people obviously saw it!

    Seeing as you haven’t mailed out the Invites… I too would say that putting the Website addy into the package would be a good thing (IMO easier than hunting down everyone’s email address… and even though you’ve told your side of the family, to make it totally out there, you’d have to send identical info / emails to BOTH sides)

    You could hand write in the addy somewhere as @MsMindle:  suggested, or you could print up another card to include, my favourite for the wording so far would be the example that she gave as well…

    Very classy and it says it all.  As well it is etiquette appropriate… with no references to the “NO List” elements (ie Registry, Gifts etc)

    Hope this helps,
