I’ve always had long hair, but cut 14 inches off for Locks of Love the day before Fiance propsed! : ) With 2.5 weeks until the wedding (YAY!), it’s not even touching my shoulders.
I’m wondering about hair extensions? Have you used them? Care to share suggestions/advice/pictures?
Or should I just rock the shorter hair?

I vote ‘either or’.
You could def rock shorter hair and it looks pretty as is but extensions are super fun and if you normally have longer hair, you might prefer to look back at the photos of your wedding and see yourself that way.
You could maybe do mid length ones? Some of the Jessica Simpson sets would work nicely and they are made so well that they would actually stay in too 🙂

My only advice would be to make sure that if you do put in extensions, make sure to put in good quality extensions that will not look a strikingly different tone from your own hair color. In pictures it won’t look nice if it is super obvious that there are two distinct tones to your hair. Sometimes what looks subtle in person can look striking in pictures.
and let me just say it was VERY kind of you to donate hair to locks of love..good for you!

I say rock the shorter hair. It looks great on you and it’s part of who you are (a person who does rockin’ stuff like donate her hair)!

Thanks, ladies! I’m so torn with either way…

No hair extensions! You look beauitful with short hair and you wouldn’t want to risk bad hair extensions.

I love your bob! I wore extensions on my wedding day and they were uncomfortable. But they were the Jessica Simpson human hair ones… maybe if you get them done at the salon it might be a different story. 🙂

hmmm you look super cute with short hair… but i feel ya on the longing for long hair lol. i just recently made clip in extensions…. just buy the hair and sew on the clips… i can give ya detailed instructions of you decide to do this… i researched sew ins which wouldve been the other option for me (since fushion extensions are too expensive and i didnt want to ruin my hair with glue in) and just decided i didnt think i could take care of it how i needed to (no getting it wet in the ocean, it has to be dryed well, etc). anyways… the clip ins look amazing! they are going to be perfect when i go to my hair stylist and get them ‘cut into’ my hair so there are layers and it flows a bit better. if you want options clip ins are the way to go since you can take them in and out 🙂
