(Closed) should i get my own crinoline/hoop or let the seamstress handle it?

Gorgeous dress. As a bride who considered wearing an extra slip crinoline, but for comfort’s sake has sewn in her own hoop: I would say unless you know what you’re doing with boning, hoops and sewing, have your seamstress do it.

You’ll pay half that in materials if you sew something in yourself, and about the same if you were to buy a mermaid crinoline.

A fit and flare crinoline worked fine for me, but it sounds like it would put your mind at ease to have the seamstress do it!
