It’s up to you – I like the idea of two songs. If you go with two, just listen to the first one and pick a good section of it that would be an appropriate length for how long your bridesmaids/groosman etc will be walking in (so it doesn’t sound cut-off) and same with the second song. Pick your two favourite bits and I think it will work really well!

We did two songs. We had 2 male and 2 femal attendants. Something to consider, your family will come in before your bridal party, so it won’t just be those 5 attendants. The family and attendants entered to Viva la Vida (Coldplay) and we entered to Sabotage (Beastie Boys) and then went straight into our first dance, Old Fashioned (Cee Lo).

I’d do 2 songs.  Are you also having both sets of parents enter?  We had a larger (uneven) bridal party – 5 BMs, 6 GMs, but my friend just had 3 and 3 and they did 2 songs and it’s just so nice to have the song change before the big introduction.  Even those people who say they don’t like to dance can end up surprising you when the time comes.  I didn’t think any of our bridal party would, and I’ve seen videos and everyone was gettin down!  I’d go with 2 songs!

@mrsSonthebeach:  I like the idea of doing your first dance as you come in. Thanks for the idea!

I’m having the same dilemma! Only have the flowergirl and Maid/Matron of Honor, so it seems a little silly to do two songs, but it’d be nice to have the somg change when it’s my turn! I’m going to walk to Heaven by DJ Sammy, the slow version, not sure what I’d use for flowergirl/MOH though.
