I think you are safe to announce, but I am not sure that a staff meeting is the right place. Have you told your boss? I would tell him/her in private first. Then I would tell your coworkers individually. If your office is anything like mine, we all would be absolutely thrilled for you. And then we would wonder how we were going to split up your work. At a staff meeting, at least a handful of us would turn to our boss and ask. That isn’t what you want– you want people to be thrilled and excited.

13 weeks sounds as good as any – and at least people will be in the one place. Good luck! x

Sounds good to me, as long as you have already told your boss. In my office, people generally announce their pregnancy at the end of our staff meetings, so it’s normal where we are.

Depends on the staff, I guess. Have you already told your boss? It always helps to have at least one person in-the-know for ideas/support.

Sounds like a plan to me! Good luck!
