(Closed) Should I sack the planner?

Doesn’t seem like there’s any practical reason to keep her? One thing to consider is that some planners charge less to the bride because they make commission from the vendors they recommend. Could that be what’s happening here? Maybe that’s the common practice is Spain? If you look for another planner, I would ask if they make a commission from vendors. Good luck!

i don’t think it’s being a bridezilla to expect a vendor you are paying to do their job – sounds like you already know what you have to do – fire her!

I think you should sack that planner and get someone else.  Did you have an exit clause in your contract?


Why don’t you find someone for just “day of services?”  Since most of it it is almost done, let your family that is in Spain help you.
