A little reminder on your wedding website can’t hurt– I would certainly appreciate it as a guest if the strike isn’t making major news.

I don’t think you need to do anything, certainly not now. The strike may not even happen, and you already have an online RSVP option anyway.

If guests already know about your website, I don’t see that a reminder on the website would accomplish anything right now.

If there is a strike, your guests will figure out that they have to find an alternative method to respond. They will then likely go to the website after they look at the invitation again.
