(Closed) Should I take legal action?

If you have given them a fair chance to rectify their mistakes than I insist that you take legal action. Even if it is in a small claims court. People must be held accountable.

Well, this took way too long but you DID have the dresses in time so I don’t think you can ask for the cost of the dresses back.  However I do think you should ask to be refunded for the alterations.  I wouldn’t go straight to court, I would try to deal with the store directly first.

If you had a contract that explicitly stated the date upon which delivery would be made, it doesn’t matter if it arrived barely on time for your wedding, you can take legal action.
