I LOVE the front, but I’ll be honest, I really don’t like the completely open back. I think this would be a great dress to wear on a honeymoon, but I wouldn’t wear it for engagement pictures or a rehearsal dinner unless you throw something over it/cover the back.

I was madly in love with my wedding dress, so I cant imagine changing dresses during the wedding so my opinion is biased however I would wear it for the rehersal & rehersal dinner, a brunch/gift opening/get-together the day after, or on your honeymoon. If you’re wearing it for engagements pics and planning to incorporate any of the pics into your wedding, I’d be hesitant to also wear it at the actual wedding. I also think its a little casual for how lovely your wedding sounds. It really is a beautiful dress though, and your body looks killer in it!

I don’t think this dress is formal enough for a wedding… like others have said you should wear toit during the honeymoon

Maybe wear it as a going away dress when you get in the car to leave? It’s really pretty. I def like it for engagement pictures!

A friend of mine used that dress for her save the date pictures and they turned out beautiful and very tasteful! I wish I could share, but they aren’t my photos. They were in the woods and her finace wore suspenders and a bowtie. The photogropher got a lot of photos with the dress flowing and it looks so gorgeous!

But it for your honeymoon or beach vacation! its kinda basic and unoriginal to be a reception dress.

lumosplease:  Is this for a wedding? It looks ideal for a honeymoon beach outfit, because it looks so relaxed and skimpy. That’s kind of incorporating it into the wedding?

It sounds like you want to be associated with this dress, so take some photos of the two of you together on your honeymoon, you wearing this dress and have that photo as the front of your thank-you cards. It might be a nice touch and cover all bases
