    How about some yoga or a walk. Something to stretch out and get moving. I wouldn’t do the same thing as yesterday or something that works the same muscles, but I would do some exercise.

    I think the yoga or walk sounds like a great idea! Coming from someone probably equally-as-out of shape, the shred can hurt after the first couple of times. You should let your body recover, but doing some sort of physical activity will help loosen you up and still be good exercise!

    Best of luck with the workout regime! It definitely can be tough to get started 🙂

    Do low impact cardio, to get your muscles moving but not put too much stress on them. If you do nothing or work too hard, you’ll be even more sore tomorrow.

    I wouldn’t do the 30 day shred twice in a row….not the same workout at least. I did it two days in a row (I’m sort of in shape) and I could hardly bend to sit for two more days! I’d go on a walk or. something today and pick back up on that tomorrow

    The reason the shred is so hard on your body is because the warm up and cool down is way too short. Take some extra time and do your own stretching before and after next time.

    Swimming would be my pick for the day!

    I agree with doing some kind of cardio so that you can move your muscles but not overwork them.  You shouldn’t do exercises on the same muscle groups 2 days ina  row.
