My Darling Husband showed up at the very end, but it was mostly just to help clean up and pack everything in the car. Either way is fine IMO.

Oten the Fiance does arrive at the end of the shower for a couple of reasons. He helps take the gifts home and see if there are any goodies left to eat!

In my area, it’s actually more common for the groom-to-be to be there for the whole shower.  I know.  Man in a sea of women.  Gasp.

My husband had been out with my dad, my brother, and his dad during the shower, and they popped in at the end to see if there was food left. That was all though.

I don’t think it matter either way — whatever you want! In my area/circles at least, there’s not really a norm or tradition regarding whether the groom makes an appearance.

I was asking that same question when it was time for my shower! I thought that it was the norm. I ended up just letting him go golfing with his groomsmen for the day instead. Not that I had to ‘let’ him but I thought it was fine if he did that & didn’t show up at the end.

My Darling Husband did not show up at the end, nor did I expect him.  He was 5 hours away at grad school.

I think there was a time that FIs didn’t show up at showers, but then one Fiance happened to show up at the end with flowers which started a trend.  In My Humble Opinion if he can go, he should, but if he can’t that’s cool too.

Mine showed up at the end. It was a shower with me moms friends and they loved it. His mom was also there who lives a few hours away so he got to see her.

Mine showed up because we drove together and to help take stuff to the car.

I’ve seen FIs show up at most showers, at least near the end… my sister’s now-husband actually dropped her off as it was a surprise!

He gets to be doted on by a lot of ladies who already love you, grab some cake, and help load up any gifts that the two of you have been given.
