We’re using the Tolsby frames for our table numbers. We were thinking of doing one side with the table number and having something different on the other side. We can’t decide if we should do the I Spy game and encourage guests to take photos or write a Thank You type message? Any other ideas are welcome!!

LOL 2-1 guess we have a winner!

i voted for the thank you message, just because i’m not a huge fan of the i spy thing. it’s cute in principle, but it’s too “pintrest-y” for me and i wonder how many people would actually do it. a thank you seems nicer and more personal.

I say go with the thank you. I don’t like the message it sends to have a game at the wedding…will they not be entertained enough!!?? :oP

Hmm..good points! Now we’re swayed toward the Thank You message.

I would say I Spy or something other than a Thank You (maybe your menu? fun facts about the bride and groom?). I actually think a single Thank You message thing for the whole table is a little less personal, and there are so many possibilities for something else on the other side of your table number!

I like the I Spy game better. You will likely send out thank you notes later as well as personally thank guests for coming when you see them, so that seems redundant. The game would make better use of that space on the back of your table numbers. And I don’t think it sends a message that your wedding is boring and needs additional entertainment. Lots of weddings have games and fun things to do like photobooths, dancing, bouquet/garter toss, etc. That’s what weddings are all about, having fun and entertaining your guests. I think it’s a fun idea and not an “overdone” Pinterest idea.

I think the thank you message is better if you two make a speech at the wedding thanking everyone. It’s more personal that way. Maybe a menu or something? I was originally going to do some I Spy cards because I like little projects like that. But I figured it wouldn’t actually get used.
