That’s exactly what we’re thinking/hoping (: I would renew my vows every 5 years if we could! I say go for it!

I think it’s a great idea.  It’s romantic AND responsible.   Plus you have alot of time to plan and not be stressed.

I think it’s a great idea.

But just remember that it’s not really a “redo” of your wedding – and your guests won’t think of it as another “ceremony”. You really only get 1 wedding.

MrN & I will likely have what were going to call a Celebration of Love at our 5 year mark as we has a semi-elopement and didnt have most of our family & friends with us.

We originally wanted an intimate romantic wedding, lots of candlelight & may aim for a pub style location for our party & do our vow renewal in a church to be blessed as we didn`t originally have a church wedding like we wanted.

We didnt have a church wedding we only had a jop wedding so 5 years is what we are aimming and planning for. My husbands uncle did theirs at 10 years which after yrs of infertility she walked down the aisle with a baby bump. It was sweet to see that after struggling their whole marriage with infertility.

You go right ahead my love. Every woman should have the wedding she wants because it is such an important milestone. Just remember that some aspects of a wedding are not considered appropriate. Do not register for gifts, have a bridal party or bachelorette. I know wedding dresses are considered inappropriate as well, but I am bending that rule for my mother and our vow renewal pictures.
