Totally depends on where and how bad the injury is, how old you are, and how well you rest it. But at a minimum, give it 4-5 days off and then test it out gently.

IIRC, there are large parts of that workout you can do even within a shoulder injury, but insanity has never been my thing, so I could be wrong.

@jpmurd09:  if it is your rotator cuff it could be weeks/months. Sorry. I’d go to an ortho for evaluation. Mine has never been the same since my first pull 🙁 Cortisone injection helped a lot
