Honeycrisp apples!  Cold and plain.  They are so yummy! I am so bummed they won’t be in season much longer.  They are like dessert.

I’m all about the hummus and carrots. Or I’ll throw a can of garbanzo beans, a couple spoonfuls of diced tomatoes (canned, with a little juice) a lot of garlic, a drizzle of lemon juice, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper into my mini food processor until it’s smooth. A lot like hummus (but not quite the real thing). Depends on what I have in my cabinets.
