Thanks! I’m super glad I saved it, too. I would be heartbroken if I had lost it for real. And luckily, it didn’t even fall off all the way and hit the floor. I felt it sliding off and managed to catch it before that happened. I had been putting off taking it in for the bar/bumps/whatevers, but after today, it was like: Yep! Gotta do that NOW! LOL
Luckily, my jeweler is local, so I shouldn’t have to be without it for very long. They offered to do it for me while I waited, but it was close to their closing time, so I told them I didn’t mind picking it up the next day.
Thank you for sharing a picture of your ring! It is BEAUTIFUL!! I’ve seen a few rounds set with baguettes on the sides (a setting I love and think is so pretty and classic looking), but not very many cushion (I hope I’m getting the shape right) stones. Such a beautiful look!
It was really hard to wave good-bye to both of them. Even though it’s only a temporary thing. I’m surprised at how much I miss both of them. Especially the wedding band, because I’ve only had it since Christmas.
Thanks for posting pictures of your ring. It is stunning!! I love solitaire settings with pave on the band. Such a beautiful style, and your stone is breathtaking. I particularly love the second picture. Wow!! It is incredible.
Ah!! Beautiful — on both hands! I love all your rings and how they all coordinate together so beautifully. Your amethyst ring is a stunner. What a beautiful color of purple. And the one that stands out right away on your other hand is the halo. What type of center stone does it have? It is really lovely. Thanks for sharing!
Ack!! LOVE your set! It is so pretty and timeless and classic … but unique, too. What a beautiful look. And your wedding band coordinates with your ERing so perfectly. I think picking just the right band is super hard. You hit a home run with your amazing set! Thank you for sharing a picture!
Love your beautiful Ruby Lady! Your ring has such a pretty design. It packs a visual punch — in a good way. I love how bold it is, particularly set in that amazing yellow gold. Thank you so much for sharing a picture of it!
Beautiful set! I really like three stone rings, and I love the proportion in yours. Your wedding band goes so perfectly with it. Is it a matched set? I love how it clearly is a distinct ring, but how the stones in your wedding band match up, size-wise, with the stones in your ERing’s band. Pretty, pretty! Thank you so much for sharing!
Oh! I remember your beautiful stack from your previous thread. I love it just as much now as I did when I first saw it. It looks fantastic all together. I like how the bands have similarity in color but different textures because of their shapes. Beautiful look!! Thank you for sharing a picture of it!
Thanks for the kind words! It is a good thing that I had to get the sizing bar for my ring. I keep on reminding myself that I really am losing weight because my rings are much looser. Somehow, that makes the whole thing seem more “real” to me — ha, ha! I had lost around 34 pounds, but I gained some back over Thanksgiving, I think. *sad* Right now, I am at about 26-30 pounds lost. I feel happy about my progress, but I still have a LONG way to go.
Your amazing ring totally gives me ring envy! I love everything about it: Your amazing stone, and the “thicker” band for it. It is so balanced and perfect and gorgeous. I don’t blame you for not wanting to send it in for its check-up. Thanks for sharing a picture of it!
Your ring is so beautiful! I feel like being on WB has given me a much better appreciation of certain cuts, and emerald cut is one of them. Yours is so gorgeous. I love how, in the second picture, I feel like I can see all the way down into forever in your beautiful stone. And the color looks amazing. It’s beautiful with the halo around it. Thank you for sharing a picture of it!
Ha, ha! I’m the same way about the ring pictures. I never used to do stuff like that until I found the Bee. My hubby just had to upgrade my phone storage in the cloud because I had so many ring pictures on there. He laughed so hard about it.
I’m lucky that he finds my obsession cute and rather harmless — LOL.
Love, love, love your set! I really love how simple it is, and how beautifully balanced it is between the plain band on your solitaire and your plain wedding band. (I am definitely using “plain” as a compliment here!) I think it is graceful and beautiful and just perfect. Love the color of your stone, too. It is so pretty. I love this picture. It is so soft and pretty. What amazing lighting! Thank you so much for sharing!
