Show me your rings, bees!! I’m a September birthday and LOVE blue sapphires, and white ones too! I’m not going to get an engagement ring (I posted about it a few days ago LOL) but since my birthday is coming up I wouldn’t mind a little *something* pretty and sparkly as a B-Day gift! I’ve fallen in love with a bunch, and now I want to see even more, hahaha!! If you have hand shots, and wouldn’t mind sharing your specs or where you got them I would appreciate it, but I’d love to look at whatever you have :0)
PS – I think the pink, orange and other color sapphirs are amazing…just not my personal style.

This is similar to a ring that I have, not my engagement ring but I really love it. Not an actual sapphire, but a star sapphire. I treated myself years ago with it, the only good piece of jewelry that I ever bought for myself.

My wedding band is a sapphire and it was custom made for my ring but I figured I’d share it anyway. Honestly, I have no idea the weight of the sapphires or anything but I know they are diamond cut sapphires and they’re set in 10K white gold.

From a custom jeweler. I don’t know any specs…I do know it is a natural sapphire.
This picture does not do it justice- I need to have a ring photo shoot!

My little beauty… 🙂 Got it from Helzburg. I forget the specs but its a blue lab created sapphire surrounded by white lab sapphires. My index finger is a size 7 and my middle finger is a size 7 when my hands are swollen. My ring finger is closer to a 5. Don’t know what finger you want to wear yours on so I thought I’d give you a could sizes so you could get an idea of the size of the stone since I don’t have the details. If you get something sparkly for your bday, please share. 🙂

@mandb122: omg!! I never saw a band like that! It brings out your e ring so much!
@claireos: I LOVE the detailing on the side.
These are gorgeous!!!!!! I’m not sure why I went so crazy on this thread, but this was SERIOUSLY good ring porn!

Here’s my e-ring. It’s an estate ring, natural blue sapphire with 92 individual diamonds. I love it!

i don’t have a blue sapphire ring (my lovely is orange), but i’m absolutely drooling over this star sapphire ring on etsy…
alas, it is not to be, as Fiance and i just decided that Fiance should have an engagement ring too, and i’m in the process of talking to another etsy artisan to have an aquamarine RHR made (aquas are my son’s birthstone). THREE $500+ rings at once is far too rich for my budget. well, two is too much too, generally one would be, but i have some money saved for the two i’m getting.

Mine is an A. Jaffe ring with a bezel setting.

Here’s mine!!! I’ve posted it before, so what the heck? Why not again? 😀 (I’ve had it for 8 years, soooooo, that should explain the scratches and worn appearance of the gold 😉 )

I”ve posted mine before, but here is it again because I love it. It’s a 1.3 ct emerald cut blue sapphire set in white gold with eight 0.8 ct pricess cut diamonds in a channel setting on either side.
