jellybelly326 :  We are doing the same but in Las Vegas and it’s only going to be 4 of us. We are going to do a reception later with everyone but I don’t want to get married in front of a lot of people. I want it to be as intimate as possible.

Doing the same thing! Ten guests and our two dogs at a State Park with dinner at a nice restaurant following the ceremony. Cant wait, 25 more days!

We had a very small ceremony (and ‘reception’) – 6 guests plus us. The location made it really special as the ceremony was next to a beautiful lake and mountains. We had afternoon tea & cake afer the ceremony, then a boat ride, then a fancy dinner in a private dining room at a medieval country house. It was romantic and a totally perfect day.

I always liked the idea of a small and intimate weddings. It can keep costs low, AND it can be a lot more intimate as it’s just handful of people directly there with you.
