I really love hammered wedding bands, like this:

Men’s bands are becoming more and more interesting, and I’m finding myself drawn to them for myself a lot more! I think brushed titanium bands with one tiny stone are really beautiful too, but best if you’re not wearing an engagement ring with it

@MASPA:Thank you..I never really thought of it as looking like waves but I am so glad you said that cause we got married on the beach in Hilton Head SC!

@kala_way: Love twist bands I was looking a few weekes ago for something like this but with no luck.  Do you mind sharing where you found it?  I wounder if it would be comfy to wear?

@countrygirlatheart: it’s from handwovenbands.com. I don’t know if they would be comfortable or not. I’d love to hear from someone who has one, the gold is nice and smooth, but I’m not sure how thick the band is–the rise away from the finger–if it would get caught on things or not.

I opted for blingless b/c I’m a klutz and was afraid of losing stones over the years. I also wanted mine to match my husband’s in style, and he’s very much into the “less is more mentality.” So I found a pair of milgran platinum bands on eBay that worked out wonderfully. Here’s my “set”:
