Tomorrow will be one week since my Fiance proposed so I sat down just this afternoon to draw out this announcement to post to my social media later tomorrow on Christmas Eve:
What picture(s) did you guys use? I love seeing all the engagement selfies/ring pics/couple pics that people post! 😊❤️

Congrats! My best friend took pics of us the weekend after we got engaged and so we used a couple of those 😊

We eloped so technically it was a wedding announcement. We were still waiting on professional photos.

- Wedding: July 2018 - Fremont, CA
Almost one year ago, we exchanged belated Christmas gifts (as I arrived in the US on the 27th). It was the morning of the 28th. We had just had breakfast with his whole family, and then we proceeded to exchange little gifts.
We were surprised to see we had picked the exact same gift (a photo album with our favorite moments together and sweet messages written next to each of the pics – yeah, we even picked the same cover!) for each other. At the last page of his, there was a picture of him on one knee, holding a sign that read “will you marry me?”
The proposal was a complete surprise (hence the panda beanie, LOL, which I was wearing because I knew his little niece loves beanies like that). All his family was around us, and his mom videotaped it. Even that didn’t tip me off, as they usually register everything.
I wouldn’t change a thing. 🙂

This was actually the only picture we took at the spot we got engaged (outside of a restaurant), and although we took lots of pictures inside, this one really captured the evening 🙂
