LadyHatter:  We’re doing 120 mini bundt cakes and a small bundt cake as our cake to cut. So basically the same idea as cupcakes and a smaller cake to cut.

We have 105 people show up at our wedding and we ordered a cake for 90 people, roughly, I believe. The venue also served apple crumble alongside the cake, so everyone could choose or have both, if they wished. We still ended up with about 80% of the top tier intact when the wedding was over, and the wedding party pigged out afterwards ๐Ÿ˜›

LadyHatter:  Ours was for 120. Would you want to see that or is it too high?

LadyHatter:  Here you go ๐Ÿ™‚ We had the top tier left over which we’re saving for our one year anniversary and some of the bottom tier left over. Each tier was a different flavor.

We had 100 guests and instead of a traditional tiered cake, we did a cake buffet table with 5 cakes of different sizes and flavors.  They were 14, 12, 10, 8, and 6 inches and we definitely had enough for everyone.  Not only was it cheaper, but guests were raving over all the flavor choices and DH and I really loved the look of the table.
