My shoe budget was a fair bit higher than yours, and I was looking for sparkly flats. I actually ended up finding these at Target for $15. Yep, FIFTEEN bucks! haha, pretty sweet.

ModCloth’s Paving Grace heel. It’s a bit higher than I’d planned on since my fiance is only an inch taller than I am, but with his dress shoes on the height difference is barely noticable. They’re cream, not ivory, so they won’t match my dress exactly, but I sort of like the color difference since we’re going with a early 40s, WWII era style wedding and most of the shoes back then weren’t exactly matched to the dress anyway.

they’re on sale on amazon now for 29.50 in my size, but they were around 60 when I bought then in August.
