MrsSparkleBee13:  Totally jealous of your whole set. Must be fun to be able to pick to suit your mood! (Also, what is the name and brand of the coral nail polish you are wearing… I’m searching for the perfect coral color for some time, and that’s exactly what I’m going for!)

My finger size is 4.5, but my ring is sized 5.

The centre stone is equal to 1.41 ct. It’s a great size, not too big and not too small.

My hands look gross for some reason, but my ring is 1.0 ct and my finger is a 4.

Enjoy ring shopping! Its really hard to say what size would look best, since different cuts / settings all look slightly different. A 1 carat round brilliant with halo on a thin band could look much larger than a 1.5 cushion solitaire. Once you find the style you like best there are lots of threads on here style specific with stone size & ring size. Have fun!! ๐Ÿ˜€

Here is a 1.5 on a size 2.25 finger… Any of those sizes will be amazing and not ridiculous at all! There is no such thing as a diamond that’s too big… It’s just a matter of taste! Have fun ring shopping and go with the one YOU love most!

I have a 2.02 on a 3.75 finger. Close up photos always make the ring look bigger than in real life. I don’t think its too big and could go up to a 3 carat (aesthetically – not in terms of actually being able to pay for it!)

Hi – I would say my finger is around 4.5-4.3/4 so a little bit larger than yours but I went with a 1.78 carat centre stone (square radiant). A pic of me wearing up close the other is from my wedding photos ๐Ÿ™‚

I think it really depends on where you live and what’s the ‘norm’. I have a size 4 finger and honestly I think 0.8ct looks perfect, it’s enough bling to be noticible but without overwhelming my finger.

1ct looks large and a bit flashy. It’s the expected norm where I live, middle-to-upper class suburbia.

1.5+ cts looks like I’m trying too hard, like “look at my cubic zirconia ring I swear it’s a diamond!”
