Hi everyone please show me your 1 carat round stones please, preferably on a size 7 finger ๐ Also, can you please include the specs if you feel comfortable. Thank you.

I’m actually a size 6.25 but here is my 1 carat round. I don’t know the exact specs but it’s excellent cut.

sharpshooter : Omgosh girl IDK. I love my pear I really do. I noticed a few things about it that I think were lost in the rush and excitement of getting it. Not to mention I keep scratching my kiddos. We will see. I am mortified. I feel like my jeweler is probably annoyed with me. But at the same time I am paying for it, so I get mixed emotions about the whole thing. They showed me a 1.32 cushion and a 1 carat laser drilled round the round was amazing I mean perfect but I cant get over the laser drilled part, the cushion was gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!!! But it has a noticeable inclusion that I am not sure I could ignore. So I am “patiently” waiting. Which I am horrible at. LOL

tbenjamin4884 : to be clear, it was a very excited question, not a snarky one. I realize it could have come off as that.
I love your pear! It’s so gorgeous. You’ve had it for less than a year though, right? Maybe sit on it for a bit.

I’m not sure how helpful my picture will be, since my ring isn’t a solitaire style. But it’s a .90 round center stone on a size 7.

tbenjamin4884 : honestly, it’s a really lovely stone, but I also feel like I rushed into it as well. But thanks you for the compliment.
I *might* upgrade my setting at some point, but I am very attached to it right now that I don’t know if I want to change a thing.

sharpshooter : I have had it less than a year yes! I know I know. Its a long ridiculous story, but I made a bad move a couple years ago and it spiraled out of control, I learned a lot, found the Bee in the mean time, learned more, and am really trying to do the “right” thing. I am so embarrassed trust me I am not thrilled with myself and I am pretty certain my husband doesn’t think its too cute either LOL. But we shall see. My jeweler currently doesn’t currently have anything that I feel like coming out of pocket for. You know what I mean. Not that I am looking for anything unrealistic, I just dont want to make a regretful move like I did a couple years ago. <3

tbenjamin4884 : I think that I want to add trillion side stones. Still stick with the very basic setting and the hidden rubies. Similar to this, kind of.

sharpshooter : That is amazing! I LOVE trillions! My mom had a trillion center stone or years and I fell in love with the cut way back then. When I had my marquise I originally got it with the intent of adding two trillions but never did ๐ Love your idea! Would look incredible.
