Supersleuth:  I love your set. Yellow gold looks so fresh in the sea of white metal. 🙂

MrsBuesleBee: Have you decided what band you’re going with yet? I love the first one, the shared prong band (have you tried any on in a smaller size?) And OF COURSE I love the rose gold band! 🙂 At least I think it’s rose gold!

a.nichole:  Mine’s a four prong! I love my plain band and can’t wait until I’m allowed to wear it every day.

Sweet.Sugar.Rose:  yes it’s RG. I wanted that originally then worried about it with the platinum wearing down. I bought #3 then returned it for the last one, realized I wanted a thick (mostly) metal band after all. so so excited to wear it.

I love this thread! I am newly engaged and now curious as to what band would look pretty with my pave, 4 pronged, brilliant-cut solitare! Help please, bees!

MrsBuesleBee:  Ah, yes – That would worry me, too. Was the first band you posted a scatter band, too? Love how the thickness of the one you decided on shows off the diamonds in the band!!

Sweet.Sugar.Rose:  the first is the Tiffany “Bezet” which has gypsy set (flush) diamonds straight in a row. My chubby is the Tiffany “Etoile” My heart just tugged for a thick band, I think because that’s what my mom has paired with her solitaire. When I bought the skinny bead set (which is definitely more in style) I just kept doubting and thinking this skinny ass thing is my wedding band??! So I followed my gut and now I’m so happy. Also when babies come I think it’ll look fab to pair with a shared setting and leave the ering for special occasions like this pricescope pic:

Supersleuth:  The match is really amazing! Are both ring the same width? From these pics I can’t tell

1.5 cushion so it faces up a bit smaller than a round. I debated over a plain band but I’m so glad I chose sparkles as it makes my wedding band stand out from my ering. To me, the wedded is so much more important and I like to look down at my hand and see it stand out like it does. Sometimes the band turns around and shows the plain side and my band sort of blends nd gets lost
