missyjiffy:  Here is my beautiful ring with my bands. We had a small budget as well, so we went to the pawn shop. I’m not quite sure the total carat weight, but it is diamonds set in 14k white gold. The best part is it cost a total of $300 including tax!

I picked up a .47ct diamond solitaire at a pawn shop for 500 plus tax. I also ordered a moissy online and set it myslef..not the best moissanite but the whole ring including the setting cost me under 40 dollars (sterling setting). If I had taken that moissanite to a jeweler and had it set in a 14kt setting, it would still come in under 500. Ther are sellers on ebay and etsy who sell moissanite rings for under 500, and sellers with nice cz’s for under 200.  Pre loved diamonds and other gemstones are available too. You can find a really lovely sapphire estate ring for under 500. You have many lovely options, depending on what you think you might want. If youw ant a diamond, they are available in your price range (smaller stones, but lovely nonetheless).

My ring was around $500, it’s tanzanite with diamonds on the sides. I never wear jewelry….ever. I begged Fiance  for a small ring, larger ones get stuck in my hair, I bang them on things all the time, it’s just a pain to me lol.  Anyway I LOVE my ring 🙂

My opal was $375 off of Etsy. Fiance said working with the seller was great! I suggest looking on Etsy if you want something a bit different for a reasonable price. Just be sure to check where it is shipping from, and that the seller is reliable. Also check out antique stores. We found a ring that we almost went for at an antique store that had a pretty good price.

We got mine from https://www.etsy.com/shop/AmyKJewels?ref=l2-shopheader-name

1890s Citrine and Seed Pearl – $370

This wasn’t even because we didn’t have the money, it was because I don’t want to wear enough money to buy a car on my hand. Also, I didn’t want a diamond! I guess some people are just more into the ring. I wanted an antique ring but otherwise I barely cared, lolol

my husband and I have been together for 16years. And during a move I lost my original set. So I have been buying and selling different rings till I find one I really like. My wedding band will stay and he just got me it for my birthday. But the wong ringi am current ly wearing I only paid $500 for it. It’s 14 kt. White gold 9mm moissanite. When I get bored with this one ill switch it for something else 😊

This is the one I’m ordering next week sometime. I think it’s like…$565? You can keep the standard prongs and upgrade the size of the moissy if you’d like. This one is a .66 from moissyco.
