It’s not listed on the website, so it’s most likely discontinued.  It looks like it could be easily custom-made if you have your heart set on it; maybe try consulting a custom dress designer in your town?

FYI, the original Allure dress was most likely made out of polyester satin (not knocking Allure gowns, since I myself have one!), so it’s not like that material is all that expensive to begin with.

@sarmentonash:  That really does depend on the seamstress and the materials you go with.  I’ve heard that typically double the material cost is what you can expect to spend on a dress, but I’m not in the business so don’t know for sure.

Alternatively maybe try Nordstroms, Neiman Marcus or Saks’?  It looks more like an evening gown to me; maybe one of their personal shoppers can help you find something similar.
