I’m loving all of these alternative rings! Sometimes I wish I could have a dozen engagement rings since there are so many styles I like.
Not a great photo, but here’s mine! The dot and marquise band seems to be getting a little more popular now and I wanted a wedding band that was interesting enough to be worn alone. So I got one that was hand-engraved. They both sparkle quite a bit (but not really in this photo). I haven’t seen anyone else with a combination just like mine.

This is great! I like petite rings, not big into diamonds, little artsy. I think my fiance nailed it <3
No negative comments yet, but I know it might happen. But I love my ring. (Nothing against traditional rings)

Stock photo, but mine is an emerald cut emerald ring (the stock photo doesn’t do it justice). It’s 1 out of 500 total made worldwide which I think adds a little more uniqueness to it. The side detailing with a peek-a-boo diamond isn’t shown on the stock photos which is a shame cuz it’s so pretty. Everyone has loved it’s uniqueness, but I have had people not realize it’s an engagement ring because it’s not traditional.

I don’t think my ring is super nontraditional, but I love that it’s a little different. It has a diamond oval center with two sapphire pear sidestones, and intricate filigree. I would have loved a different center stone but the diamond is a family heirloom, so we decided to go with that!
I love everyone’s rings here! So refreshing to see some different styles.

hssweethearts2013 : sure! The lighting in my office is crap, but in the sun this thing flashes something fierce, which I love! (also sorry if these are so big)

This is my ring I got as my anniversary gift this year and I absolutely love it! Flowers are special to me because my hubby buys me a bouquet of flowers every two weeks. It’s just his little romantic thing he has done for me the last few years. So having a rose ring reminds me of that little thing he does! I’m getting a rose band soon too. I’ll post my ring and the pic of the plastic band model too!
My rose ring. My diamond is an “S” colored one.. I wanted a light yellow color and my hubbys name starts with S, so it was perfect!
This is the new band I’m getting. Painted the plastic model with nail polish to get an idea of its true look!!

I like to think of mine as nontraditional.
