Here’s our deaf, 6 1/2 year old, girl Penelope

aka “Penny” “Pennipotomous” “Pen Pen” “Penners” “Fat Face” Love of our life

She went through many homes before we got the chance for her to be part of our home 3 months ago. She’s my emotional support animal for my anxiety and she’s awesome!

Here are our boys, Max, a pitbull, and Gimli, a pug.

Max likes to be on top of, or under things.

Gimli is special. He’s a pug, after all.

And yes, a friend of ours painted a portrait of them when we moved, as a gift! It was a total surprise, but she did a really good job, I think!

@missweatherlove:  Thanks!  She does not lack personality, that’s for sure!  And let me tell you, I stared at that potrait of your dogs for about 10 seconds because I thought that it was a photo and I thought the bigger dog was real and the smaller dog was a stuffed animal or something…  I was really confused!  haha!

My baby Bacon the first night we got him – I can’t get the picture to flip the right way. He is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. We moved in the pouring rain three hours away, but it took four hours to drive due to the rain, traffic, and wreaks, and then drove out 1.5 hours to get him and back another 1.5 hours all in the same day. It was a rough day but he is worth it!

Here is is at around 4-5 months:

He is so loving and oh so spoiled. He is now almost seven months old.

This is our cat Tula. we adopted her from a cat rescue centre. we got her last may. as you can see one of her ears is shorter, we don’t know if this is a reason why she hadnt been adopted before we went along to look. she has the best temperment. she always looks as though she is upto something when she isn’t and then looks like butter wouldn’t melt otherwise.
