I got mine at Macy’s (online) for $120! I think it’s for sale at Nordstroms.com now. So I would definitely recommend looking through all the white / ivory evening gowns on online department store websites.

Oh and what people don’t tell you is any dress made of synthetic material, particularly one with minimal or no beading, can be turned inside out and washed in woolite in a front load commercial washing machine! I bought this Allure for like $300 online and almost wore it for my wedding. In the end, I decided against it, but I had tried it on in a place where there was a lot of dust on the floors and it had dirt on the underskirt. I laundered it and sold it for slightly more than what Ipaid for it. 🙂

hi it’s definitely doing, lots of shops have sample sales & check out brides beware on Facebook they have a massive list of shops having sample sales/discount days. Some boutiques even have payment plans!

this is my dress, I tried on something similar at a bridal shop to gage sizing & then bought it preloved!

it was £500 new with tags should of been £1200-1500 ( not me another bee in my dress as mine is at MILs house)

Mine isn’t really a bargain dress, so to speak, as I was never intending to spend a lot of money on a sundress to begin with (beach destination wedding) However, the first dress I looked at and fell in love with was $325. It was a bit more detailed than a typical sundress, and it was designer, but at the end of the day it just felt absurd to spend $300 + on a sundress.

This is the “dream dress” so to speak. I loved how elegant and feminine it felt. But this is what I ended up going for.

$39.00 on simplydresses.com and I was absolutely sold. Our wedding is super casual and low key, that it fits the vibe better anyway. But it can get hard not to splurge on the nice things, so I somewhat feel your pain. haha

$350 for the sample.  I definitely recommend sample shopping, you can get a great bargain.  My dress was originally $1100.
