I’m not wearing a birdcage, but I do want a bubble veil and I expect that if I started a similar thread for bubble veils I’d receive the same response.

The best inspiration I found is this:

1. google image search

2. “Gallery” search here on the Bee.  It is to the right of “Boards”

(a link to those tagged as birdcage: http://gallery.weddingbee.com/tags/birdcage )

I wore a birdcage but I kept my hair down.

After the ceremony, I took it out and wore a fascinator instead.

I plan on wearing a birdcage veil and am interested in seeing other’s pics too! I am actually thinking about DIY by buying my veil material from save on crafts and buying the fascinator from etsy or making my own hair clip from the clip from save on crafts and using the same flowers I am ordering for my brooch bouquet and adding a few feathers…all using a hotglue gun!!

Hope this thread can come back to life and more convo about birdcage veils, maybe they just aren’t as popular as the long veils eh?
