Our dresses were from Alfred Angelo. I let my girls (2 in my party) pick their style, but I selected the color, length and material. I wanted them to wear a dress they felt comfortable in, and it worked great!

The color is Mediterranean Blue, and I loved it!!

My sister (MOH) wore this one:

And my now-SIL (BM) wore this one:

Once I found the color I liked, I actually went around to local salons and price checked them, so that they’d get the best price on the dresses. The salon that I got my dress at didn’t offer any discount on getting the dresses there (which they did have, and was an hour away from where we live), but was happy to find one of our local stores have them for a great price!

Here are mine. I had a grey tulle tutu dress picked out, but one of my BMs announced she’ll be 7 months pregnant by the wedding, so we had to do a switcheroo.

They’re from ASOS and the colours look even nicer together in person. My pregnant Bridesmaid or Best Man is going to get some big bling to make her dress a little more dressy.

ErinEllen:  They look lovely let know how you get on when you get them, because I have seen their site before. I would be afraid it would just be a copy of that dress am sure it will be lovely though x

My girls bought there own dresses (which is traditional where I am from) and I wanted them to be as cheap as possible while still nice looking. They were only $50 from ModCloth and looks great on all women. I got one for myself!

We asked our girls to pick out a knee-length dress in a neutral color.  I emailed them lots of pictures of what I had in mind. I really loved the way it turned out and I’m glad they got to pick dresses that they liked/were in their price range 🙂

And I was in a wedding last month.  I don’t have a picture of the back of the dress but it was different and very pretty!  Also the dress really seemed to flatter all of the girls even though we all had pretty different body types.
