Would like to know too.

And if anyone bought their premium Moissanite?

I don’t have a ring from them, but I have purchased a lab diamond from them that’s currently being set in a ring in the UK.

My ring is from BE (the Platinum Lotus Flower Ring with a Sapphire), and I would NOT recommend them. Things started off well, but the second there is an issue, their customer service sucks. They literally held my ring hostage (AFTER we paid for it), until I signed a legal non-disclosure agreement not to ever post a bad review or tell anyone about my experience (seriously – even just saying this is technically illegal, but eff that because they suck). At that point, we just wanted to damn ring already so my husband could propose, but if I had to go back and do it all over again I’d stay FAR away from BE. They’re super shady, and not nearly as transparent as they claim.

catskillsinjune :  Woah! Sorry you had to have that experience!! Hope you don’t get into trouble for this and thanks for the heads-up.

My stone is from there, but we went to a local jeweler to have it set. No bad experiences here though!

I have a lab diamond ring and matching wedding band set from BE. I absolutely LOVE my rings, they are honestly the most beautiful rings I could have ever dreamed of and I’ve gotten so many compliments. I don’t like posting pictures online but I have the flair ring set with a pear shaped center diamond.

My fiance actually lives in Asia and ordered the rings online and worked with customer service through email. He said it was a really good experience and they were very helpful.

I received my beautiful Elodie just over a month ago and I couldn’t love it more. My beauty is yellow gold with a moissanite and it’s everything I hoped for – sturdy but delicate and so beautifully simple. I think the Elodie is a great choice. Let me know if you decide it’s the one. I’d love to see!

My engagement ring and wedding band are both from Brilliant Earth. I had fantastic service at both the San Francisco store, where we purchased my engagement ring, and the Los Angeles store, where we purchased my wedding band. My sister also got her wedding band from Brilliant Earth and had a great experience. I adore my rings!

beebunny :  I couldn’t be more thrilled, the quality is amazing (although of course that’s dependent on the stats of the diamond you get). Mine is 1.51ct oval, G colour, VS2, excellent cut. The ordering process was really smooth and they were super helpful answering my questions during the ordering process.
