That doesn’t sound like a bad price.  I was able to use the candelabras that my venue had.  Only problem was they only had 12 of them and I had 19 tables.  So, we mixed in low arrangments.  The initial price I was quoted was more, but I asked if she would scale back and make them smaller.  Unfortunately, I don’t have a photo handy.

Mine were $60 or so. However the florist we used gave us a couple different options. Ours were very tall and used more expesnive flowers(calla’s and orchids).  We’re from the same area you may want to check them out. Azalea Floral Designs.

I am deciding between these two.  I can’t decide if I want the tall centerpiece due to an 8 person round table – I don’t want a big blockade on the table….

(about $60-$100 depending on the size of the vase we choose)  This one is perfect for our wedding colors (tiffany blue and coral pink/orange)

or

just the tall centerpiece – I think these are priced around $100….not sure though (it is basically sand and shells in the bottom and orchids and those decorative sticks with votives hanging)

Ours were $60 for the flowers, I supplied the teapots. (The smaller teapots she filled for less than $60, I can’t remember exactly now much…)

Mine are $55 each.  They use 50 real carnations and the florist is supplying the base.  This is what they will look like:

@ms_nickie:  I’m doing the same thing!!  I got my bases at the dollar tree.  $1 each adn they are glass candlesticks.  Not sure how much a florist will charge me for the carnations?

This may sound really strange, but the morning before the wedding, I plan on gathering my flowers from a few grocery stores, because honestly, it’s cheaper to just grab whatever. I’m not picky, I always just wanted a mess of flowers lol
